The newly built Gioarde Luxury Villa is characterized by modern design and elegance. Within 185 sq. m. it can accommodate up to 8 people with comfort while promising to satisfy even the most demanding guests.
The villa consists of two levels. On the ground floor you will find an open plan space, where the large living room with the comfortable sofa and the TV set is combined with the modern kitchen and the dining area. A shared WC is also available to guests. On this level you will discover the first of the bedrooms, equipped with two single beds that can be joined into a double and with its own bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The large windows of the ground floor area provide plenty of light into the interiors while they offer direct access to the pool.
On the first floor of the villa there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms. One of them has two single beds that can be combined, while the other two have a double bed each. All three contain their own bathrooms with shower, as well as balconies with views of the sea and the surrounding area.
The exterior of the villa is characterized by an idyllic setting with elegant decoration and natural elements. The private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. An outdoor seating area and a wooden dining table will be your favorite spots for relaxing. A few steps further, there is a canopy, where you will find the built barbecue and an extra dining table to enjoy your delicious meals. There is also a WC outside for the guests’ convenience.
The hosts of the villa are at your disposal throughout your stay, offering advice and high-quality services to ensure a pleasant experience. Their hospitality extends even further, as they also run a restaurant in the nearby village of Tsilivi, where you can enjoy a variety of delicious meals during your visit.
